Volunteer Opportunities

Parent volunteers at St. John's are a great community. We have opportunities available in Parent Club, Dads of Action, the Gala Committee and room parents for every grade. Our Parent Club plans many of the events at the school such as the Daddy Daughter Dance, book fair and Santa's workshop. Dads of Action are involved with the Tailgate, various fundraisers and helping around the campus with projects. We always need help on the Gala Committee, to plan and throw our annual fundraiser event for the school. Room parents assist with parties, field trips and other class activities. We encourage you to get involved in our vibrant community!

Before & After School Care

For your convenience, St. John's offers before and after school care. Our after-school program, Children's Choice After Care, offers after-school care from 3:00pm - 5:30pm after all regular dismissal days except the first and last day of school. All registered students can drop in for care. To participate, your family must pay the one-time registration fee and pay on an hourly basis for each child attending. Students will have time to play, do homework, have snacks and do crafts. Before-school care is available from 7:00am - 7:30am and is staffed by St. John certified teachers. A daily fee is charged for before-school care.

Uniforms

Our students wear uniforms from preschool through 8th grade. Our uniforms are provided by School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. The uniform is as close as possible to the Dennis Uniform which has been used for the last 7 years. Additionally, our school has a uniform exchange where you can find gently used uniforms to wear at no cost.
